Development Plans
Development plans are created to help an employee master competencies or skills to progress to the next step on their career path.
A Development Plan is a list of training courses and other activities that an employee must accomplish to meet their goals. When Development Plan functionality is enabled for a user group, Development plans can be created by a direct manager, an upper level manager or admin, or by an employee. Administrators with access to the Manage Development Plan Screen can create templates that employees can use to create plans. Employees must be granted access to use Development Plan Templates.
Enable the Development Plans feature, and any sub-features, from the Core area of the Features screen. The following sub-features are available under Core » Development Plans:

Administrators with access to the Manage Development Plan Template screen manage, edit, and create templates that employees can use as a starting point to create Development Plans.
